Same price for a normal turnover. When an apartment needs considerably more labour, the adjustment is small, flat and shown before you submit.

Noticeably heavier than normal — grease, soap buildup, pet hair or grime.

Excessive buildup or severe grime needing substantially more labour.
If a cleaner would reasonably do it during a normal apartment turnover, it is already in the price.

Extra bathroom
+$20 for each bathroom beyond the first.
Post-maintenance cleanup
